Invoices must be paid for before the new term begins
Refunds are not given if your child misses a class for illness, holiday or any other reason
In the rare case that Joanna’s Dance Academy has to cancel a class due to teacher illness or bad weather (eg snow) then a refund will be given OR the equivalent amount will be taken off next terms invoice
If your invoice has not been paid we will send out a reminder email. If the invoice still hasn’t been paid after this a late payment fee of £5 will be added every week until the invoice is settled.
